We keep it simple. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Angry Chimp gear and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking info once it leaves our facility.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships, not when it's placed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available yet — follow us for updates on when we expand.
Order Tracking
Every order gets a tracking number. You'll receive it via email once your package ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder. Still can't find it? Contact us with your order number and we'll get you sorted.
Returns
Return Policy
Not happy with your order? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under these conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original condition — no damage, stains, or alterations
Items that cannot be returned: sale/clearance items marked as final sale, items without tags, or items showing signs of wear.
How to Start a Return
- Email us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
- Pack the item securely and ship it back
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange. Check our Size Guide before reordering to make sure you get the right fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround. We stand behind everything we sell.
